How it works – Pace Graphics & Logos process

1.    Compare and Select a logo package ( Select a package)
a.    Choose a package that is best for your business and application.
b.    Keep in mind where you will use your logo ie. printing, web, uniform and signage application

2.    Complete our creative brief
a.  This information helps us to design the logo that can work for your business. We'll follow up if we see you had trouble filling out the form. ( start now )

3.    Submit form and receive invoice,
a.    Complete your order
b.   Receive an invoice to your email with the payment options (Electronic transfer or cheque/ Cash/ credit card, paypal ).
d.    Once the payment is received we can begin working on your project.

4.    We design your logo
a.    Using your design brief, we will create  several designs which  depend upon the package ordered. Your first concepts will be sent within 24 hours to 72 hours following your order and full payment. The colours are carefully chosen using professional Pantone Guides (CMYK), this ensures your logo colours will be consist and suitable for  website, signage, printing and clothing.
b.    The total turnaround time will be 4 to 10 business days depending on the package. The Turnaround Time is calculated from the time we receive the complete brief, any other material (e.g. optional images, rough sketches, etc) and 100% payment. The concepts will be emailed in pdf. format for easy viewing to the e-mail that you provide on the creative brief (please make sure it is the correct e-mail).

5.    We modify the logo concept to Client feedback –
a.    Revisions (Modifications)
b.    Our designers make revisions based on your feedback so you are always part of the design process from start to finish.
c.    Change certain elements such as colour, shapes and font. Each time you request these changes, it is called a ‘Revision’. Your choice of package will determine how many revisions you can make.  This process continues to the final revision and until you are satisfied with the logo of your choice.

6.    We finalise your logo and you download
a.    Once you are satisfied with your last revision and approved your logo design.
b.    We'll give you the final logo via download . Files are in suitable formats for web and print. You receive your logo style guide that includes your logo colours, fonts. Artwork will be provided in  ai. jpg. pdf. eps. gif. png. formats.
